What is in the plan and what is extra
On AiSensy, the drag-and-drop chatbot builder is a ₹2,500 a month add-on, the AI Agent builder is ₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages, and extra agent seats are ₹750 a month each.
On Chatzyn, the visual flow builder is on every plan, and the AI bot that answers from your own material is included from Starter, with AI usage counted in credits. Check the Pricing page for the limits on each plan.
Instagram and Messenger in the same inbox
Chatzyn puts WhatsApp chats, Instagram DMs and comments, and Facebook Messenger in one thread list. AiSensy's pricing page does not list Instagram or Messenger, so if those channels matter to you, ask AiSensy directly.
More than one WhatsApp number
Chatzyn's Growth plan includes 2 WhatsApp numbers and Pro includes 10, in one shared inbox. Each number can have its own automations, and you choose which staff can see and answer which number.
When AiSensy may suit you better
- You only need broadcasts and a shared inbox for one number, and the Basic plan covers it.
- You run Click-to-WhatsApp ads and want AiSensy's ads manager and its free ad credits.
- You want help applying for the WhatsApp green tick, which AiSensy offers on its free plan.
- You need a very large team: AiSensy's Unlimited plan includes up to 200 agent seats.
Moving from AiSensy to Chatzyn
Both products use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, so your number can be moved between providers. Ask AiSensy to release or migrate the number first, then connect it to Chatzyn through Meta's own sign-up screen and import your contacts from a CSV file.

Is Chatzyn cheaper than AiSensy?
It depends on what you need. AiSensy's Basic plan is ₹1,500 a month, with chatbot flows and the AI Agent sold as add-ons. Chatzyn has a free plan and paid plans from ₹999 a month. The flow builder is on every plan and the AI bot is included from Starter. Meta's message charges apply on both.
Does Chatzyn use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Chatzyn connects only through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram Platform and Messenger APIs. It never uses unofficial WhatsApp gateways.
Who charges me for WhatsApp messages on Chatzyn?
Meta bills WhatsApp messages at Meta's own rates, on top of your Chatzyn plan, and the first 1,000 service messages per number each month are free. Plans with a prepaid message wallet add a Chatzyn per-message fee, shown in Billing.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my number?
Where Meta makes coexistence available for your number, yes. The WhatsApp Business app keeps working on the same number. A personal WhatsApp account cannot be connected directly.
Can agencies resell Chatzyn under their own brand?
Yes. Agencies get a console over all client workspaces, their own product name, logo and colours, their own domain, and their own plans and prices. Collecting client payments in Chatzyn is not yet available for resellers.
Can I move my number from AiSensy to Chatzyn?
