More than one WhatsApp number
Interakt's pricing page does not say how many WhatsApp numbers each plan allows. Chatzyn's Growth plan includes 2 numbers and Pro includes 10, all in one shared inbox.
Each number can have its own automations, and you choose which staff can see and reply on which number.
Messenger as well as WhatsApp and Instagram
Both products handle WhatsApp and Instagram. Chatzyn also connects a Facebook Page, so Messenger chats land in the same inbox as everything else.
WooCommerce order and cart messages

Moving from Interakt to Chatzyn
Both products use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, so your number can be moved between providers. Ask Interakt to release or migrate the number first, then connect it to Chatzyn through Meta's own sign-up screen and import your contacts from a CSV file.

Does Chatzyn use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Chatzyn connects only through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram Platform and Messenger APIs. It never uses unofficial WhatsApp gateways.
Who charges me for WhatsApp messages on Chatzyn?
Meta bills WhatsApp messages per message at Meta's own rates, after a free tier of 1,000 service messages a month per number. Meta's charges are separate from your Chatzyn plan. Some plans include a prepaid message wallet, which adds a Chatzyn per-message fee shown on your Billing page.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my number?
Where Meta makes coexistence available for your number, yes. The WhatsApp Business app keeps working on the same number. A personal WhatsApp account cannot be connected directly.
