How the agency setup works
Your agency sits above your clients. Each client business gets its own workspace with its own numbers, inbox, contacts, flows and team. Your agency console shows every client workspace, how each one is doing and what needs attention.
Client data stays inside the client's own workspace. Your staff can be given access to all client workspaces or only to the ones they look after.
Your brand, not ours
- Your product name, logo and favicon

- An option to hide the Chatzyn brand from your console and your clients' dashboards (the WooCommerce plugin keeps its Chatzyn Store Connect name)

Your plans, your prices
You create the plans you sell: the name, the price in rupees or US dollars, monthly or yearly, and what each plan includes. You can add add-ons and change what a single client gets with a per-client override.
Your payment details (UPI ID, bank account or a payment link) appear on your client's billing page. When a client pays you, use Give plan to record the payment and switch on a paid plan for one, three, six or twelve months. It ends by itself on its end date unless you renew it. You can also start a client on a trial, pause, resume, change or cancel a plan, or extend a trial.
Online card checkout through an agency's own Razorpay account is in test mode only for reseller agencies today, so clients pay you directly and you give them the plan.
Built on Meta's official API only
Every number connects through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, using Meta's own sign-up screen inside the client's workspace. Instagram and Messenger use Meta's official Instagram Platform and Messenger APIs. Unofficial WhatsApp gateways get business numbers banned, so Chatzyn never uses them.
Where Meta makes coexistence available, a client can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. Meta bills WhatsApp messages at Meta's own rates, and the first 1,000 service messages per number each month are free.

What is a white label WhatsApp CRM?
It is a WhatsApp CRM you sell to your own clients under your own name. Your clients see your product name, logo and colours, and you set the plans and prices.
Can I hide the Chatzyn name completely?
Yes, mostly. Turn on the option to hide the platform brand, and your console and your clients' dashboards show your product name and logo instead. The WooCommerce plugin your clients install is still called Chatzyn Store Connect.
How do my clients pay me?
